Does payroll handle PAYE, Pension, NHF and NSITF?

Yes. Deductions use your organisation’s rates with per-employee overrides, and each payroll run can export a bank payment file for salary upload.

We have several branches with different shifts. Will it work?

Yes. Attendance rules are set per branch and shift, so a Monday–Saturday site and a Monday–Friday head office run side by side.

Can more than one manager appraise the same person?

Yes. Assign several appraisers, each with their own question set, alongside HR’s appraisal and 360° feedback. Clients can also rate your service areas through Client 360.

Does candidate or staff data leave our environment?

Records, documents and CVs stay on your own server and database. Manual and rule-based screening never send data out; AI features are off until you switch them on, and every AI output is reviewed before it is sent.

Who sets it up?
